All-Terra Engineering as part of lessons learned has reinstated in-house weekly quality review of field technician submittals. We understand submittals are important and worth doing right. It is the single best way to ensure quality, functionality and compliance with plans and specifications. Submittals include but not limited to field reports, logs, samples, timesheets and other field documents. The in-house quality review is demerit based that subtract points from technician’s weekly accumulated points total for each infraction. Quality review infractions include:
Incomplete Field Report
Using Incorrect Proctor Number
Incorrect Project Number and Information on Field Form
Conflicting Time on Multiple Jobs for Same Contractor
Technicians receiving the least number of demerits over the month will be appropriately recognized by management. All technicians will be provided assistance and training from project administrator to eliminate infractions.
