All-Terra Engineering, Inc. is a full service construction materials engineering / testing and geotechnical engineering firm.  Although established in 2006 under the name of All-Terra Materials Testing, Inc., the senior staff brings over 45 years of experience and an established Houston presence, knowledge of the locale's construction requirements. Forensic Evaluation of Concrete Evaluation of damaged concrete pavements, waste water treatment plants, bridges, airport runways, etc. Our in-depth knowledge of constituents of concrete: namely, types of cement, aggregates, chemical admixtures and the formulation of ingredients helps you avoid any potential concrete problems or solve existing concrete problems.
